When Dr. Black Jack realized he had left his doctor's bag behind, his faithful companion, Pinoko (who had taken to calling herself his wife), hurried to retrieve it. However, she soon became lost in the dense forest. Luckily, a butterfly appeared and showed her the way. Along the way, Pinoko discovered a multitude of sick and injured animals, and she put her medical knowledge to use by helping them.
